The main areas of infrastructure development are defined, such as roads, water supply, sewerage, power grids, gas supply, educational and medical institutions, etc. A master plan provides a framework for managing the development of a locality, including decisions about land use, infrastructure and the built environment.
    Zoning plans of the territories of settlements within the territory of the territorial community and historical and architectural reference plans with the definition of the boundaries of the historical areas of the settlements included in the "List of historical settlements of Ukraine" are developed simultaneously with the general plans and are included in the comprehensive plan as integral components of the general plans of the respective settlements.
